This is a pre-announcement for CO members, SLs please take note if you come by.
Instructor Mr Chin has formed an Chinese Chamber Ensemble named Artssphere, This ensemble consists of professional musicians and some other very talented musicians. They will be having their very first concert soon. I strongly urged BPCO members to be more enthusiastic about attending concerts, because this can build up your love for music.
Details are as follows:
Venue-Esplanade Recital Studio
Date of Concert- 2nd September 2007
Time- 7.30PM
Brightspot- Mr Chin's 2 solo pieces.
Price- S$15.00 **** Edit- There will be 60% subsidy, end-price $6.
Sectional Leaders please will you inform your various sections about this concert, and give me feedback as soon as possible. If the juniors are unhappy about going to the concert, it is your duty to let them know the importance, so I think you all know what I mean. XD However, I must let you know that this concert would not be a compulsory outing for members, and it's really all up to the members and their presence will tell us about their level of interest in being a cool musician. The tickets are quite cheap with subsidy, but if members have financial difficulties, please don't force them.
I hope that at least the seniors will be quite keen in attending this concert, and be a good role model for the rest of the orchestra. Thanks if you are interested.
